We have had personal experience of this, where our emails were repeatedly ignored, promises to get back to us were repeatedly broken and we were generally fobbed off at every opportunity. You can bet your bottom dollar that if Cherry Blossoms couldn't be bothered to reply to us, then they won't be bothered to reply to you either should you run into problems and need help. This is really a shame, as it's puts a big black mark against an otherwise excellent mail order bride website.
