I have to admit to spending about $400 on this and ChnLove's sister sites.

Here's what I've seen almost without exclusion. Admirer email shows up. Nicely written and full of warmth and sincerity. You send a reply back - maybe you've earned enough 'points' that your first letter is free (it isn't because you have to spend money to earn the points) and she replies back. Now you've got to spend money (my average was over $5US for each letter I read or wrote) to write back. Again full of warmth and sincerity. If you asked any questions, they are usually answered. Around the 3rd letter they ask you to meet them in the chat feature.

Now here is where I started to get a bit suspicious. They always ask you to chat around the 3rd or 4th letter. Usually innocuous like, "If you have a minute, stop by to chat with me."

So are they hanging around the chat rooms waiting for me? Or some other guy? (I'm okay with that, I was writing about four other women at the same time.) But every girl asking me to by the 3rd letter? The chat is per minute and adds up quick.

The nail in the coffin was a girl posing on sport bike. I asked if it was hers? "No, silly, it is my best friend's." Next admirer letter I received had the same bike in the picture.

Now could the bike be a popular brand? Certainly. But I'm thinking the photographer is using the bike. I'm okay with that. I'm not okay with the lie around the bike. I would have been much more appreciative of an honest answer. Like, "Well they told me guys like girls on motorcycles, so I posed with one."

The site is expensive because it screens the girls and provides translation services. But one of the girls was fluent in English. So what am I paying for?

Now I'm old enough to be flattered when a young girl writes me after reading my profile. I'm also old enough to know better if an 18 year old girl dressed in fishnets and a garter belt is telling me she wants to marry me without ever seeing my picture (I never loaded one).

I have yet to read one of the reviews here saying they met, dated and married a girl from this site. Heck, I'd take met & dated as a positive. I've even settle for met. All I read is I've met a girl and we exchange emails. Yeah, that isn't my definition of met. Try other sites first before you throw your money away here.

In summary, I would not recommend Chn Love to a friend.
