All the reviews here seem to be either really really positive or really really negative. I wonder if the positive ones were written by the owner himself.

I'm going to give this one a neutral. I am sure that out of the 900+ women Brett has in his agency there is a mix of sincere, pro-daters, gold-diggers.

Some even post in their profile that they expect taxi money or they will not meet with you on a date. Kiev is a city notorious for pro-daters. It's primarily because many Westerners go there and they don't go beyond the bounds of Kiev. Many of the women are wined and dined and spoiled. They tell their girl friends and so on.

So it's become a really tough place to find someone sincere who is really seeking her love and not just a free dinner plus cab fare.

Brett's prices are also a little steep. You can't buy just one meeting. You have to buy the whole Matchmaker package @ $499.95. I suppose that's not much taking into account your total expediture including air and hotel but if you're hit up with these pro-daters it makes the whole thing a waste of time and money.

Their website will at first appear informative and genuine, but it's all a facade. It's a business to get your money, and once they have it, their customer service is quite poor. Also, don't be fooled by the number of "employees" pictured on the website. There are only two girls working in a small office. Brett was nowhere to be found.

I signed up for their Matchmaker service and was disappointed to say the least. Tanya, the letter forwarding manager is a nice girl, but Veronika who runs the Matchmaker service is terribly rude.

My biggest complaints are as follows:

1. Most of the women I met gave me the feeling they were there just for a free meal or they were getting some kind of kick back for meeting me. At one point, even the translator confided in me that there are a lot of women who brag about how many dinners and gifts they can get out of these foreign men. She actually told me this!

2. Many of the personal introductions would include the phrase, "this is so and so and she will need $40 for her cab". This an... (Read the full review)

I have to be honest; I think this is one of the best sites for finding a Eastern European partner. What I really like about it, is that, it is a genuine site and Brett and Alla are extremely helpful and met me at the airport and also very kind and helpful. Their apartment service in Kiev is also excellent.

I have had a few tries at meeting ladies on this site and had some very nice dates (I am still good friends with one now) but sadly not leading to marriage at the moment. That is because I am really looking for a very special chemistry as it's for the rest of my life.

I have also used Elenas Models which is also quite a good site and genuine but I much prefer Kiev Connections, as a meeting is worth a million letters and I think it is far more serious and intense site with much better support and results.
Veronica and both Tanyas are very helpful and I like them very much too.
I am thinking of giving it another try soon, and maybe my luck will change for the better. I have confidence in them very much :))

Just read some of the reviews of Kiev Connections and thought I would submit mine. I used the matchmaker service offered by Kiev Connections as well as their apartment rental and had a very good experience. I met several attractive women, some more serious than others and I wound up being married this last December. Brett's assistant Veronica was very helpful during this process. Even after I was engaged to my fiance' Kiev Connections was helpful in getting documents to my fiance'. I also rented apartments from them to visit my fiance' and used their airport pick up service.

One thing that was different with this agency and others that I had used was once I paid for the matchmaker service they were very serious in getting me over and not trying to make money on writing letters to the women like some agencies try to do. When I reccomend this adventure to my friends I tell them to think of it as a vacation where you are going to have at least one date with 5 beautiful women in a city that is a lot of fun. If I could give a NO STAR instead of a one star rating to Kiev Connections and its owner Brett Ousley I would! I paid Kiev Connections $300 to arrange 6 dates. Out of around 40 request to meet with women for an initial meeting only 3 of them agreed to meet. When I asked for my money back less the cost of the 3 dates I was told that the money was part of a package and could not be returned. Of the women that I met with I received no second meeting requests from any of these ladies. So I WASTED $300 on this agnecy! None of the aspect of the interactions with this agnecy were positive so there is nothing positive to discuss. It all warrants a NO STAR rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot understand how this agency has such high ratings by the editor.

I came to Ukraine to used kievconnections' services, and cannot say one positive word about this agency. They advertise themselves as "American owned and managed" and "offering a personal touch". The first should read "get as much money from you American style" while the second "male clients do repeated touches to their wallets".

Their database of women is limited and many profiles are old (they add on average 5 new profile per month). Some women act as decoys that accept to meet with you just to get a free meal or a free taxi ride back home. There are women who even state in their profile that they expect $25-50 directly from clients to cover their taxi fare to the meeting.

A few of their women are listed on other sites and I was able to make some comparisons. Without exception, their kievconnection profile is edited to increase attractiveness (must be Brett Ousley's American management hand here) e.g. upper age limit increased by 5-10 years compared to their other listings; a manicurist that likes to paint is a painter, a psychology student working as anesthesiologist... This site is more of a connection to a lack in proper ethics that some will not talk about but I can talk about and will:

1. Greed factor with the site: The site attaches a price to everything. It demonstrates that it is only after monetary gain. Regardless as to what anyone says this is the truth. What about men who cannot afford the prices then basically there is no hope for them.

2. Projections on the site: Let's also look at what is showcased on the site. The projections are of a predominant composition grouping that is a reflection of the one that the owners who belong to that dominant composition what to be eminently and predominantly seen.

I have discussed this second point with them so that they would have a "rainbow" projected composition at the front that can be portrayed and they have never replied to me on this issue.

It just goes to show where they stand in the ethical department concerning this issue and the one above.

I have been to several different sites and agencies. Kiev Connections was very personal, open, and commited to honestly finding a number of dates that would honestly lead to a realtionship. The process is very excellent and the prices are very reasonable. The entire staff is dedicated to helping bring the right people together. They will help you find a lady, but also help you find your way around Kiev and help you with accommodations. You will receive a lot of help, information, a list of wonderful ladies, and support in many ways. If you want to save yourself a lot of time and energy, skip the other places and start with Kiev Connections. If you want to truly find a quality lady, you will not be disappointed. If you want to simply play games, go to the other sites. Kiev Connections truly changed my world.

If you're serious about finding a wife then Kiev connections is an agency for you. You can trust them. Many agencies only want to steal your money. But Brett & Alla are good people who will help you with finding your lifepartner. They made me feel at home in Kiev.

My wife and I are thankful to Brett & Alla. Without Kievconnections I would still be lonely and miserable. But they introduced me to a super girl. In 2010 we got married.

Kiev is a great city. I rented apartments from Kievconnections. It was better than most hotel rooms I've stayed in. Love is waiting.

After trying many dating sites it was a relief to find kiev connections, I recomend the matchmaker service, I met many genuine ladies during my visit to Kiev. I came across many scamers on online dating sites and it was great to meet real ladies wanting a real relationship, I am now in a relationship and recomend Brett and all the crew at Kiev connections to anyone
