In one sentence, if you want to meet & married a Slavic lady come to some big city in Ukraine, take a day pay interpret like 10$/hour and go to shop center, disco, night club not expensive one. You are most likely to meet some nice lady there than on any kind of payed marriage site.

Some of them a good actress they meet you with interpret and you spend money for interpret, for taxi and maybe gifts you make to her and you have like this dating days and days how long you want as long you want to spend money ?. Of course a lot of them don't go for dating, only do chat and letters, this is good income for they family. Some times I do video chat with ladies and in camera see they man in bad sleeping.
About site manager : you will get good assistance from them. That's mean they will give you phone of local agencies working with lady you are interested and you call them to arrange meeting.
