If you're honestly looking for Ukrainian wife I would NOT recommend this website. Over the last 6 Months several matters have come up that I would say use another site.
1) The site- If you look at pictures of the happy couples that have been married, you'll see that the last couple they post is over 10 years ago. Not good for an introductory service with the aims of helping people find their better half.
2) The site continued- This site has changed little in the time I've had a profile on the site. For a web-based business, a consumer would expect this type of business to reinvest in the website. It has not, in fact on 2 occasions since January I've tried to log into the site only to have domain issues pop-up... If the agency is struggling to keep the lights on, how are you going to keep writing the lady of your dreams if this agency unexpectedly closes its doors for good?
3) Relationship Support- writing letters and chatting is easy... guys lets face it, when we're wooing a lady we are pursuing, it involves flowers, gifts.... Of the 5 flower purchases I've made thru this agency to date only 2 were delivered in a timely manner without any follow on contact by myself, or the lady I was writing at the time. That's a 60% failure rate to deliver.
4) Customer Support- In having the 60% failure rate and a few technical problems on the site, connecting with the agency's customer support has been near impossible. The agency is slow to respond to emails you may send on their website, and I've had no luck connecting with them during listed business hours on Skype (call or chat). The only success in ensuring delivery or resolving technical problems is for the ladies to reach out to the agency... I'm sorry gentlemen, I don' like my women fighting for me.
5) Politics- For guys that live in nations that recognize the Crimea as Ukrainian Territory, this agency has offices in the Crimea. Be mindful of this fact from the outset. The site makes no acknowledgment of the territorial dispute, nor how it will impact you if you utilize their tour services.
Looking for love outside one's native country will involve expense, your money is better spent at another agency.
In summary, I would not recommend UA Ladys to a friend.
