Gee, where to begin with Globaladies? I joined this site way back before it was Global Ladies. I use it to scout women that I'd like to eventually meet. Way back, they used to have romance tours but as time went on such services tapired off. Now it is just a meet and greet website for writing to foreign women (I've only met "Russian" women so far). Prices are fair and as usual, the more credits you buy the less per letter it is. So if you plan on meeting many women, or writing a lot to just one lady, you can buy a lot and save $.
There may be some false letters written by agencies. Usually, I do not open the "form" letter that is initiated by the lady. It is just the same letter that every woman will have, and probably you'll have yourself! Such letters are just a personal profile put to words and used as a "wink" to let the other party they're interested in you/her. You will need to have some wit when dealing with the foreign ladies. Of course, not all are very serious about meeting men. Some may be out there to get some attention but most will write back if they are interested. Be warned, the women expect men to lie in their letters. As such, they don't take your words too seriously. I'd say that most women reply to your letter through a phone call and not by actually replying to your letter directly. They agency must call them and then the lady replies with a phone call right back or in the same call. And as such, they will not have fine details available about you. It will be stored in their memory. This helps to have a fast reply but the letter is not filled with much detail either. Most letters are translated well, but some are filled with grammar and spelling mistakes that make the letter almost uncomprehendable.
I select women I'd like to meet and then write them. Advice: Try to select the women that are not in bikinis. Usually the bikini girls are not so serious because you won't be sending a lady a photo of yourself in a Speedo, would you? I try not to write too many letters before meeting them. It seems the longer you write, the more bored the lady will become, and the more bored I become. Without the tour set up for you, you'll have to have your own arrangements to travel around Ukraine, Russia, or whatever country you visit. Without this experience, you're sort of on your own, though you may ask the lady to help with some of the arrangements. They usually will help with places to stay and interpreter if needed.
I've found that quite a lot of the women may be on other websites if you care to cross reference them. At least with Globaladies, the search engine is very well done compared to other sites I've tried. You may try to find a lady on another site first and then try to find her on GL as a final cross reference.
So as far as the Globaladies website is concerned, it works well to introduce yourself to ladies. There may be occsasional problems but for the most part, the service has been beneficial for me to use. I don't expect much out of it though. I'd recommend it, but I also give the reference with warnings to use your head when using it. Good luck with your special lady!
