I was a member of the Charming Brides website for almost 2 1/2 years but no longer. The website says that, 'its reliability is in its lady's sincerity' but I doubt it and the sincerity of the agency. I've listed a few Pros and Cons to the website below.
Pros:
1) The Charming Brides assistants are easy to reach both thru email and on Skype. I had numerous problems setting up Skype chats and the assistants were able to help organize the chats and confirm them with the ladies. This also helps save Euros because they can confirm the date and time without you having to write emails back and forth to the ladies which cost Euros when you open a lady's letter.
2) The site gives bonuses based on the amount of money you spend each month. It is not a lot but it does help a bit offset the costs of emailing, etc. I think the longer you are a member, the bigger the bonus you can receive each month too.
3) There are quite a few ladies on the site and the cities listed are major ones. Although there is not office in Kiev which is odd since it is the capital.
4) They do allow you to actually get the contact information of the ladies which is something most other sites will not allow you to do unless you actually meet the lady in their office or on a date.
Cons:
1) Although the assistants on the website are generally helpful, they also make a lot of lame excuses for why things go wrong. For example, I received several emails of interest from ladies that were not even available on the website. When I clicked on their profiles it said, "Girl not found". I also received 2 emails of interest from ladies that after I contacted them and thanked them for the email of interest, they wrote and said thanks for my interest in their profile but they were not interested. I asked the assistant and general manager why ladies that were not available were sending me emails and why did two ladies first write to me saying they were interested but then when I thanked them in a follow up email, they said they were not interested in my profile? The assistant responded, "Oh it is just a technical issue". But the real reason I believe is that most of the emails are sent from the affiliate office staff and not actually from the ladies.
I say this because I wrote numerous emails to ladies stating I wanted to have a chat and for them to tell me which day and time is good. But the responses I received back almost always ignored my request as well as other questions that I had asked of them. Also most of the time, the ladies had some excuse why they couldn't chat; they were out of town, in school, grandma was sick, the dog died, etc. Sometimes when I finally got a lady to go on Skype, it was if she hadn't ever received my previous emails due to her responses to my questions during the chat. The office just wants to crank out emails because each time you open one of them, you are charged.
2) The ladies very often cancel their chat appointments at the last minute so you will have paid for a chat but then will have to reschedule which is very inconvenient and also confuses the affiliate offices.
3) There is not a search option to see which ladies speak English and the levels of English listed are very vague except of course for those that are poor or fluent. Example: they list ladies as having medium English, Some English, and Good English but do not offer any definition of those terms. Also, sometimes I would see poor written for a lady's level of English only to find during a chat session that she was actually fluent (the reverse happened too).
4) I got emails of interest from ladies that obviously hadn't read my profile or ideal match description. They were much older, had kids, or both.
Based on the above, I decided it was time to delete my account before I saw any additional money go down the drain. I can't speak about the experience of visiting their offices in Ukraine but a few other reviews on here seem to indicate that going there isn't any better.
In summary, I would not recommend Charming Brides to a friend.
