I corresponded with 2 ladies on this site for about 2 years and decided to visit Hong Kong in order to visit both of them in China. One of the ladies I arranged to have dinner with at my reserved hotel in Changsha, China, by a telephone call via this site ChnLove with translator (120 euros plus the the cost of the 25 minute telephone call 40 euros: total 160 euros). I speak a little mandarin Chinese and a translator was not really necessary for me to arrange dinner at my hotel.
Two days before my flight to Hong Kong this lady insists that she has a translator present at my hotel during the dinner we have together!!! She claimed that my chinese was not good (it is not but I know enough to have a simple conversation over dinner) and she also claimed that she required the translator as a body guard to see her home after dinner. I refused completely and had planned to accompany her home by taxi after dinner. The next day, which was the day before my flight to China, I cancelled my hotel reservation in Changhsa, rearranged my hotel reservation in Hong Kong, threw away the train tickets that I had bought for travel from Hong Kong to Changsha (about 130 euros), and did not visit this lady in Changsha but stayed in Hong Kong. I was so put out that I did not make any attempt to contact my second lady correspondent.
I started a second EMF correspondence with another lady on Chnlove but this time I was very circumspect. I was suspicious from the very beginning of the correspondence that the person replying to my EMF mails was not the woman in the photographs. This lady wrote to me via the EMF mail that she wanted to marry me and that I had completely won her heart. She wrote that she wanted to have 2 children with me.
In order to find out definitely whether my suspicions were justified or not, I requested and bought Direct Contact Info for this lady, postal address and email address (cost about 180 euros). I did this in order to correspond freely with this person and not be constrained by the difficultites I had had with the woman in Changhsa already mentioned.
The email address that this woman supplied for the Direct Contact Info was a fake QQ address. I checked with QQ that this email address that I had bought did not exist. I wrote to this woman via EMF mail of the site ChnLove that the email address did not exist and that all emails I had sent to the address had all bounced and the postbox could not be found. Despite this she claimed in her EMF mail reply that the address was correct.
She/he was evidently lying and it was definitely a fake email address that I had bought for 180 euros. I was now convinced that my correspondent was not the person in the photographs attached to this identity and this talk that she wanted to marry me was a lie.

This happened just 2 or 3 days ago. I have now complained to the site administration in Hong Kong and asked for a refund of the 180 euros I paid for a fake email address. There is probably nothing I can do about the fake correspondence I received.
Definitely this site is not recommended.
