A couple of days ago, APrettyWoman site sent me an (unsolicited) email touting the wonders of their so-called "Chosen Girl of the Week." She was very pretty, as many of them are, but I don't think now, "real." I bought her contact info so I could send an email to her and a few photos, just to see what, if anything, might happen.

All my emails were returned by the server with the explanation, "account unavailable, disabled." The only explanation I can figure are that she didn't want any more emails (and APrettyWoman did not KNOW this, or ignores it, because they only want to scam men to spend money using her photo as a "come on"?) Or, she is not real anyway. I personally lean to the latter.

My advice, for what it may be worth? "Caveat emptor" - "Let the user beware!" You have been warned!

I am seriously looking forward to meet and marry a girl from the CIS countries. Therefore, I became member of a few specialized dating sites.

I knew "A pretty woman" for some time but decided recently to join in. So, I paid my 300 Euros for a 3 months platinium membership, and the result is... null, even though I have sent a dozen of mails to women on their list.

Ok, the women here are often more then pretty, usually gorgeous. The site is very generous on data given. You get full name (which is quite rare), e-mail, full address. As the Editor has put it in his/her comment, the search engine is just exceptional.

The main problem with the site is that you do not have any idea on how old is the profile you are consulting and how active is the lady who has uploaded it. From the dozen of mails I have sent, I have got only one answer and the (very polite) girl wrote me back that she was thankful for my compliments, but that she had found someone and was not able to withdraw her profile from the site.

There are three sides to A Pretty woman we must address (1) The fact is this that the site indirectly is putting down other women of other countries as though they themselves are cannot be pretty too. This is untrue and this is one of the imbalances on this site (2) The ethnic imbalances are over the top because it is indirectly saying that just one ethbnicity can be responsible for happiness-which is completely untrue. (3) Why does a woman have to be a sales commodity where sites have to sell contact information and even block it if one attempts such to be passed through. I went on a free dating site and got the contact information of ladies for free from the Ukraine and Russia and I did not even have to pay a dime! A pretty woman might have pretty services but its not so pretty side isnt all that pretty
