Dream-Marriage.com is not a true marriage broker site, but at first glance appears to be one. It is an expensive chat site, and that is what you can determine if you carefully analyze what the site offers (read the sites terms and conditions). You will pay a premium price to chat with someone who you believe to be a lady from a profile. You will pay a premium price to send introductory emails and follow up emails. The person who you are chatting with may or may not be the actual lady whose profile you are viewing. The person sending you a letter may or may not be the person whose profile you are viewing. The women are paid a small fee for sitting in their flat and chatting with you, making intro videos that you are charged to watch, and sending you letters. The www is full of highly cautionary advise about this site and its services. You are not allowed to contact a woman without spending a very large amount of money on credits. After this, you can pay for a request to have contact information. The information you receive may or may not be accurate. If you fly to the Ukraine to meet a woman who has provided you valid contact information, she will likely break the date with you, and your 'interpreter' or 'tour manager' will conveniently suggest other 'ladies' for you to meet with. This is sadly nothing more than organized prostitution and sex trips. The chance of you finding a woman to marry with this service is less than 5%. You would have better odds by calling your ex wife up and trying to get a date with her. The site lists '100% satisfaction' which is misleading, as they will absolutely NOT refund to you any money spent on chats. When confronted about this on the phone, they will tell you that the satisfaction guarantee is for technical problems, but call with a technical problem and you will not receive a refund either. You will have to sue them to obtain a refund, and due to their terms and conditions you are screwed. You are paying for chats, nothing more and nothing less. In addition, they will bill you from no less than five (5) different credit card merchant processors, each with a slightly different name and each from a different state. Why is that? Well, it is to make it very difficult for you to sue them, that's why. More than likely, this site is controlled by organized crime, as this is a tactic utilized by such groups. The women you are chatting with may or may not actually be the woman whose profile you have been led to believe is the person you are a chatting with. If you call to confront Dream Marriage customer service, they will tell you that they are not in control of the foreign agencies that they work with, but will take the woman's profile information to 'investigate' this. But even if you have proof that your chat was with a fraudulent woman (not the same one as the profile) you will NOT receive a refund. In short, this site carefully has set up its business model to be 'legal' and 'bullet proof' and will take your money, legally, for chatting with women who are not who they appear to be, or are at the very best, not truly interested in ever having a serious relationship with you.
In summary, I would not recommend Dream Marriage to a friend.
