After 12 months of membership on this site I can say with 100% certainty that's it's a scam. (Or at the very least, a very greedy business.)

Frankly, you'd have to be out of your mind to use this site. Especially since there are so many other less expensive sites out there. The main problem with this site is that it takes a long time and a lot of money just to get the point of communicating directly with the women. Before you can do that that though, you've already invested a lot (Between $8- $10 for each letter) and you've probably invested a lot of time creating rapport with the woman just to get to the point where you can "ask for her number." Be prepared to pay about $65 for her contact information too and she likely won't even have an email address.
Remember this is a business which is solely out to make money. Most of the people working there are hardened to love and romance too since they have been doing it for so long. Evil Charming Brides Total Scam!!
I have been with the company for over a six months now and have wasted over hundreds of dollars with this evil bride site. The girls are all fake, some are stolen photos. Your personal assistance is a scammer. They will write you romantic letters and try to have video chats with the girls (scammers). They work as a team. I have purchased two address and phone numbers from this site. I called the first girl and she said she don't want to talk to me and have no time. I have this problem for a whole month. But before I purchased her phone number she said she is fallen in love with me and cannot wait to talk to me. I called the second girl and she picked up the phone but spoke in brief Russian then hang up. I tried to email them both but never got an email back. There are no real girls here for foreigners. They have no happy couples or testimonial to show you. They never had a marriage from this agency. Please stay away and save your money.

This site will provide you with a personal assistance (scammer) and try to help you find a honest lady (scammer). All the girls are fake or scammers. They are professional daters. The agency is a total scam. All the girl profiles are as old as the company itself. No marriages ever come out from this site. No happy ending here!! Do not fall for the pretty photos!!!! Stay away and be safe. Don't be fool by the kind and romantic words. If you want a Ukrainian wife take a trip or tour with "A Foreign Affair" to Ukraine and see if someone at the event will like you. Good luck in your search. Pass on the message for the good mans out there. Very bad site!!

This was said to me by one of the kharkov ladies who use to work in the dating and marriage business,,Charming brides is a scam as is most marriage dating agencies ,,The owner is no where to be seen ..Its about spending your money .guys its a business .I have sat in Charming brides offices and its affiliates .They have performance charts on the walls .the translators are masters at writing letters for the ladies ,,to move your emotion , to believe you are the one and only ..To my dear johnny I miss you so !!!! ... I was a member of the Charming Brides website for almost 2 1/2 years but no longer. The website says that, 'its reliability is in its lady's sincerity' but I doubt it and the sincerity of the agency. I've listed a few Pros and Cons to the website below.

Pros:

1) The Charming Brides assistants are easy to reach both thru email and on Skype. I had numerous problems setting up Skype chats and the assistants were able to help organize the chats and confirm them with the ladies. This also helps save Euros because they can confirm the date and time without you having to write emails back and forth to the ladies which cost Euros when you open a lady's letter.

2) The site gives bonuses based on the amount of money you spend each month. It is not a lot but it does help a bit offset the costs of emailing, etc. I think the longer you are a member, the bigger the bonus you can receive each month too.

3) There are quite a few ladies on the site and the cities listed are major ones. Although there is not office in Kiev which is odd since it... (Read the full review)

I have been a member of charming brides for 4 years,and I ended with a horrible scamming story,dear sir I am also to share my experience with anyone who wants to use it...lets cooperate to make all people aware how they lose their lifetime,sense and money by going to go to this site,I would tell you specially how girls were in Poltava,and their office there...if want to know more just mail me ([email protected])...or check my weblog very soon

I first visited Kharkov in late 2009 and met several women there and subsequently in two other cities. The Main Office on Kharkov is run and owned by Olga. She took about 1 minute to speak with me and very condescending manner. Nonetheless, I didn't go to Ukraine to see her. Irina Samokhina was very professional and has visited the US on at least one occasions. Anna (LNU) was just a new translator, but very helpful in orienting me to restaurants. The owners pushed these girls hard and wants them to charge for everything. She truly runs it like a business and could care less about if a woman finds a potential mate. Everything from the apartments to cell phone rental is done in USD or Euros. She then converts the Euros (what the site charges to exchange letters and the men pay for everything, the applicants or woman don't even pay. On two separate occasions while in Ukraine, I called using my cellphone and then I went online to look at two responses I was waiting for to see if I could meet these women. I have been a member of Charming Brides for three years. I have been to several cities to meet their ladies; Odessa, Sumy, Zaporozhye, Kherson, Nikolaev. I have traveled to Ukraine about ten times, so I think I am more than qualified to make an accurate review of this site. DO NOT USE IT! Management has changed, the owner is never available, the new managers are liars, I have caught managers writing letter on the girls behave..the girls were not even in town. I am trying to be objective, but there is no positive aspects of this website. I am more than willing to chat with anyone on this subject, I have nothing to hide just volumes of horror stories to tell anyone who is looking for Ukrainian ladies to date.

I am sorry editor I have to give this site a low rating because of the absolute failure I have found with this site and I am sorry if my words have to be one that shows great upset because it does. I tried contacting them twice.

The first time I did it was with their online contact system and left a message there. I got no response back

The next time I did it was by email and contacted one of the administrators on the site because on their contact form section they actually post the emails of the different administrators to contact in case of anything. Well I did email them and guess what-No response as well.

This site seems to be just like the others out there-because it was just a failure for me.

I too am a member of this site and have dealt with other sites as well. I decided to check out this site because of the harsh dealings with other sites especially with its customer service and with their harsh expenses!

I can tell you that I am no fan after my dealings with them. For me customer service that some who are as I would like to call them the "Charming Brides Idolizers" who claim are "professional" is absolutely NOT!

Case in point: Upon registration one gets an email message that can give one the ability to contact the admin on the site.

Well I did do so about a particular issue and up till this time there has been no response from these so-called "professionals" None! Absolutely Zero!

For me the so-called "high standard" is really a low standard and shows they have failed at being at the "high standard" mark that they themselves may claim to be!

In summary, I would not recommend Charming Brides to a friend.
